Composition: Lean pork 100% Iberian acorn, head of loin, sirloin, secret, cheek and bacon finely chopped and seasoned with garlic and ground black pepper, all of organic production, and sea salt. The sea salt we use is also certified by CAAE standards for the production and packaging of sea salt.
General characteristics: Embutido with a healing period of two to three months depending on the caliber of this.
For its preparation, like the chorizo, the lean extras and other noble pieces are selected, chopped and minced exclusively from 100% organic acorn-fed Iberian pigs. This dough is seasoned with ground black pepper and garlic, both from organic production, and sea salt, and is stuffed into natural casings. After a two to three month ripening-drying process, it acquires its characteristic texture and flavor.
Presentation: Slim-medium caliber. Whole pieces (weight approx. From 250 to 400 grams). Vacuum packed.
