They are two ancient words of our land synonymous with food and celebration. We are fed by physical necessity and by the emotional need to sit at the table with more people to enjoy their company.
In our culture, sausages such as sausage or chorizo have been basic in food. The Ham has been, is and will be the most emblematic culinary element of all the celebrations.
Paprika, black pepper, garlic, rosemary extract as an antioxidant, meat from our 100% Iberian pigs, salt and the Sierra Morena air with its fragrances.
All the ingredients used in our products are of organic production.
