One more year we receive volunteers who help us reforest the pasture.
I am graduated because one more year we have carried out a planting of trees in the pasture, where not only our pigs live, but a multitude of species in freedom, both animal and vegetable. A space that increasingly feels threatened by a desertification problem due to the apparent impassibility of time. We want to thank the Dehesa for so many years of abundance with which our work has rewarded, and for that, we try at least to make the desertification footprint as light as possible. That is why some years ago we opened the doors of our field to volunteers who come to support our project, to take care of our pasture, to collaborate so that our product continues to be of the best quality in the organic market.
