Composition: 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin tape from organic production, garlic, paprika, all from organic production and sea salt.
Features: It is the leanest piece after the sirloin. It has, like the ham streaks of mixed fat. Healing period of three to five months depending on the size.
Presentation: Whole and half rods (halves) vacuum packed.
The half canes have an approximate weight each of between 0,500 to 0,550 kg. Vacuum packed, with a diameter of 50 to 60mm and a length of approx. about 350mm.
