These are two ancient words from our land that are synonymous with food and celebration. We eat out of physical necessity and the emotional need to sit at a table with other people to enjoy their company.

IBERIAN HAM OF BELLOTA ECOIBERICOS

In our culture, cured meats such as salchichón or choriza have been staples of our diet. Ham has been, is and will be the most emblematic culinary element of all celebrations.

Ingredients:

Garlic (natural antioxidant), paprika, meat from our 100% Iberian pigs, salt and the air of Sierra Morena with its fragrances.

All the ingredients used in our products are of organic production.

We do not use gluten, glucose, lactose, preservatives, dyes, or any synthetic additive.

Healing

All our products are cured.

Curing and salting are among the oldest known methods of preservation. Salt and air remove moisture from products and, after a while, they are surrounded by beneficial microflora that gives them their characteristic flavour and aroma.
